Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand our booking, cancellation and refund terms before you confirm your travel plans with us.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and issue a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. The confirmation will include your itinerary, inclusions, payment schedule and applicable cancellation terms.

All travellers listed in the booking confirmation must be accurate. Please notify us immediately of any errors or changes required.

Advance Payment Policy

An advance payment is required to secure your booking. The amount varies depending on the destination, package type, supplier requirements and time of booking. Typically, the advance ranges from 25% to 50% of the total package cost.

The advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the cancellation is due to a failure on our part to confirm the services as agreed.

Balance Payment Schedule

The remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule shared in your booking confirmation. Generally, the full balance is due at least 7 to 14 days before the travel date, or earlier for peak-season bookings and international packages.

Failure to make the balance payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without further notice, and the advance payment may be forfeited.

Customer Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp. The date of cancellation is determined by the date and time we receive the written cancellation request.

Cancellation charges apply based on the number of days remaining before the travel date, as outlined in the Tour Package Cancellation Charges section below. These charges are in addition to any non-refundable amounts paid to third-party suppliers.

Airline Cancellation Policy

Flight bookings are governed by the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Airline tickets are often non-refundable or subject to high cancellation penalties, depending on the fare type.

We will assist with processing airline cancellations and refunds, but any refund amount is subject to the airline's policy and may take several weeks to be processed by the airline.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation and no-show policies of each individual hotel or accommodation provider. During peak seasons, festivals and long weekends, many hotels apply strict or non-refundable cancellation terms.

We will communicate the specific hotel cancellation policy at the time of booking. Any refund from the hotel is subject to their approval and processing timeline.

Vehicle Cancellation Policy

Vehicle rentals and transport bookings are subject to cancellation charges based on the type of vehicle, route and duration. Charges may apply even for cancellations made well in advance, as vehicles are often reserved specifically for your booking.

Last-minute cancellations of vehicle services may result in full retention of the transport cost. Specific terms will be shared with your booking confirmation.

Tour Package Cancellation Charges

For complete tour package cancellations, the following standard charges apply:

  • More than 30 days before travel: 10% to 25% of the package cost, or the advance amount, whichever is higher
  • 15 to 30 days before travel: 25% to 50% of the package cost
  • 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% to 75% of the package cost
  • Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the package cost — no refund

Exact charges may vary depending on the package, destination and supplier terms. The applicable cancellation terms will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for the recoverable portion of the booking amount after deducting applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable supplier payments, service fees and bank or transaction charges.

No refund is provided for:

  • No-shows or unused services during the trip
  • Cancellations made after the travel date has begun
  • Services marked as non-refundable in the booking confirmation
  • Voluntary changes made by the customer that result in additional costs

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a cancellation is confirmed and the refund amount is calculated, we will process the refund within 10 to 15 business days. However, the actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for third-party services such as airlines, hotels and transport are subject to the processing timelines of those suppliers and may take longer than our standard refund cycle.

Package Modification Policy

Customers may request changes to their booking, such as travel dates, destination, number of travellers or accommodation. All modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or cancellation fees.

Significant changes that require rebooking services may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and charged accordingly. We will inform you of any applicable costs before proceeding with the modification.

No Show Policy

If a traveller fails to arrive for the trip or any pre-booked service without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-show bookings or unused services.

In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency, we may review the situation and consider partial refunds or rescheduling at our discretion, subject to supplier approval.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, war, terrorism, strikes, government orders or severe weather conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives.

Refunds in such cases depend on the recovery of amounts from our suppliers. We are not liable for losses arising from events that are outside our reasonable control.

Supplier Terms

All bookings involve third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators and activity providers. These suppliers have their own cancellation, refund and no-show policies, which may be stricter than our standard terms.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that the recoverable refund amount is limited by the supplier's policies and that we act as an intermediary in processing such refunds.
